Ingredients:
- 4 cups cucumbers, sliced or chopped
- 1 small red chili (or ½ tsp red pepper flakes)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup white vinegar
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Instructions:
- Wash and slice cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.
